Mace (25 To 40% Vo)

We offer an excellent quality of Mace (25 to 40% VO) to our customers. A free flowing red to brown liquid with a sweet, delicate aroma similar to fresh ground Mace, and a slightly bitter flavour. Prepared from carefully sourced dried arillus of Myristica fragrans houtt, this product is recommended for the usage in seasonings, meat products, baked goods, condiment mixtures and food products which require a maze flavour.
