Our zafu meditation cushions are made of the best cotton canvas and are stuffed with a natural buckwheat hull filling. Unlike cotton-filled zafus, buckwheat does not deform and compact over time and never goes limp like cotton and the best part is, it is breathable and lets the air pass through thus doesn't "hold" the heat inside. This zafu with the buckwheat hull filling will give perfect support as it alleviates pain and stress in the ankle, hips, knees and back by keeping the spine and legs in the most suitable comfortable position. It provides a firm and comfortable platform for meditation.
This particular design features a beautiful embroidered Lotus symbol on top and has a carrying handle on the side.
The 100% cotton cover is very durable, and because of the dual cover, when the cover gets dirty all you need to do is uzip the outer covering and wash without the mess of taking buckwheat hull out and then stuffing it back in.
