JYOTI metal filled putty is a two component factory batched product. Component 1 is polyester resin and high quality metal fillers and the two is catalyst as a hardener for curing. It is specially designed for better filling property and Sanding. Applied putty can be wet sanded after 30minutes. It has excellent bonding with metal and can bond very well with PU/Epoxy over coating. This is especially suitable to reconstruct corroded metal parts and rusty fenders, to fix pieces by threading of the hardened filler, and to restore damaged parts on various metallic surfaces.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE:
Remove all dust, grease, loose old paint, rust or any loose material from the work area to product a sound
clean surface. Smooth surfaces should be roughen to produce mechanical key. The prepared substrates should
be surface dry. Mixing of base and hardener should be done on site only. Just take the material required
according to suitable dents or area. Close the container tightly after using the container. Polyester Putty is
affect by surrounding temperature.
Please note that pot life and hardening time can be shorter when the temperature is relatively higher.
STORAGE AND SELF-LIFE:
Metal filled putty has a storage life of 6 months in packed containers when kept in below 30a drytemperature conditions. Storage at high at temperature or high humidity may reduce shelf life.
CLEANING: Clean tools with Epoxy/NC thinner before the polyester putty has hardened.
