The metallization process applies a coat of aluminum to a standard PET film which helps to increase the barrier qualities. These metallized stand up zip pouches have a two layer construction consisting of LLDPE totaling approximately 135 micron and coupled with natural barrier characteristics of VMPET and LLDPE, ensures that your product will experience extended shelf life
