Motorised Vibro Feeders

High performance Motorised Vibro Feeders are used in all situations where mechanical vibrations are required and are a kind of linear direction feeding devices. It features high vibration, reliable operation, long service life. These vibrofeeders are used in ground (charging) hoppers, silos and bin discharge applications transporting them over limited distances.
These vibrofeeders can be used in batching or dosing application by changing the speed for coarse and fine modes.

These vibrofeeders are also called as electromechanical vibrofeeders and are operate through unbalanced weight vibro motors.

The electrical controllers for our electromagnetic feeders are designed around half-wave rectification of AC power. The efficient switching mechanism of silicon controlled rectifiers produces DC impulses without wasteful resistor or rheostat energy loss.
