All plastic structure in multiplay are made from 'VIRGIN LLDPE' granules that import from RELIANCE which is roto moulded to create UNIQUE structures like roof,pannels,slides etc. that are most unique in design, style and colours. LLDPE has higher tensile strength,flexible and elongates under stress.it has better environmental stress cracking resistance, non toxic plastic .available at various colour shades (blue , ,yellow ,red ,ivory ,violet ,orange ) All HDPE cap strips and Panels shall be made from coextruded conductive HDPE to facilitate spark testing, have good impact resistance and have an elongation sufficient to bridge up to 1/4 inch settling cracks. The handrail manufactured of 25mm & 32mm O.D. mild steel tube B class conforming to IS 1239:2004 P.U coated with the layer thickness of 60 micron.. All tubing used to manufacture components shall be an electrical resistance welded, hot rolled, high strength steel tubing with API 5 licence/monogram. Multiplay rectangular & square decks & stairs are fabricated from 2mm (IS 1239/2004) thick punched steel with a powder coated finish. The deck is a one-piece assembly with applied polyester powder.we offer special punching on platform.it avoids uneven sleepery of childrens/reduses the risk of slip.Our Net structure made up of high strength static rope of 16 mm thickness. Rubber coated G.I chain of 8 mm thick for smooth gripping purpose and long durability. We use process according to maintain its material properties and good surface finish. according to the thickness of material. 1. MIG welding process - .5 TO 3 MM THICKNESS 2. ARC welding process - 1.5 TO 5 MM THICKNESS All components are pu paint over two coat of apoxy primer are free of edges and excess weld splatter and cleaned apoxy primer to prevent flash rusting before coating. The coating have a super tough finish with maximum exterior durability and will have superior adhesion characteristics.
