Multi-crystalline Silicon Ingot Grower

Our multi-crystalline silicon ingot grower MIG450C has been developed for fabrication of the world top quality solar cell. Silicon wafer of 200a thick can be made with silicon ingot what is being produced with this equipment. Previously, silicon ingot of 300kg used to be produced. However, to increase the productivity, 450kg silicon ingot can be produced with this equipment for the making of 150mm ~ 200mm silicon wafers. Especially, this MIG450C has been designed to reduce the impurities very effectively and employ the automatic control system for the easier operation. With this equipment, silicon ingot having the highest quality for the next generation was produced. With this equipment, silicon ingot can be grown to produce the silicon solar cell of 6MW a year, which can provide the electricity to the 3,000 houses.
