SUMISOFT NI 100 is widely used in the process of cotton, synthetics and woolen fabrics for full and smooth finish. The product prepared from the above base is recommended as NON-IONIC SOFTENER. It gives a stiff antistatic effect. It increases the adhesion between fibres and makes them more suitable for subsequent operations. It is also suitable for pure silks and can be used in the dye-bath. FOR THE PREPARATION OF STANDARD STRENGTH OF SOFTENER. 15-25% parts by weight of SUMISOFT NI 100 is melted. While stirring 85-75% parts by weight of Hot water are added to the homogenous melt. 100% parts. Then the emulsion is cooled while stirring. THIS INFORMATION IS GIVEN IN GOOD FAITH.
