Description:
Pale
pinkish Yellow to deep Orange depending on the food products and
quantity used. The color is darkest at pH 4.6. Stir before use. Paprika
can be added directly to product with fat base. But it is recommended
to mix the color with a small portion of the preparation before adding
it to product. Protect from exposure to air, light & heat. Dont
freeze.


Application:
It
is used in Meat product, Sausages, Snacks, popcorn oil & cheeses,
Cracker meal, Crumbs, Rusk, Dry seasoning blends for meat, Processed
foods, Salad dressings, pickles, confectioneries, ketch-ups &
Sauces.
