These new SR22 instrument series of 2mm slot sensors has been designed as the most cost-competitive solution for label detection on reels. The infrared LED emission allows to detect on even darker or thicker supports, while the low response time of only 100I s allows to reach a 10kHz switching frequency in the faster labeling processes. The label detection sensibility is trimmer adjustable. The compact metal housing with 40mm slot depth fits even the most limited spaces, M8 4-pole connector provides simple and fast connection. Versions with Light or Dark mode, both with double NPN and PNP outputs are available. All models have 24Vdc power supply. This instrument has been designed to ductility to demands of the such applications as Packaging lines, Labeling machines, Paper and Printing machines.
