We are offering our customers a huge range of Polyethylene Tape Coating And Wrapping. Polyethylene Tape Coating Systems offer an alternative to PE extrusion coating. The system produces pipe with castings for conveying industrial, raw, waste and drinking water.

A primer bonds the steel to the adhesive layer. The inner PE adhesive layer offers corrosion protection and tightly bonds to the outer PE coating. A final spiral wound layer of fully stabilized PE coating has the rugged mechanical properties to protect pipe during handling, storage, and pipeline construction.

Usually, the primer is 27% solid content, the inner tape is 20 mils, the outer tape is 20 mils too, overlap 50%, the total coating thickness will be 80 mils.
