High speed single-wall corrugated pipe machine is developed on the basis of our original single-wall corrugated pipe machine .the moulds moved by gear, running on the running way .it is equipped with specially designed water cooling system ,and can inject oil for mould block lubrication automatically, in the forming machine, for small sizes mould ,it can be set with two mould chambers which can be make two different sizes of pipe only by adjusted the height of forming machine automatically. All these features improve largely the production speed of single-wall corrugated pipes , which can reach 25-30m/min. besides, this production line is equipped with pre-stress eliminating cooling device, automatic tapping machine in production line ,and automatic cooling machine, especially suitable for the production of car harness corrugated pipes.
