Application: Strong Coated Overlay for UV Offset PVC is mainly used to protect the surface of cards that are printed with UV silk printing and UV offset printing, suitable for demanding cards such as bank cards, IC cards and all kinds of smart cards.

Components and natures: it's mainly rigid polyvinyl chloride film and water-based polyurethane adhesives.

Usage: Put coated overlay together with core sheet (printing side inward), and put into laminator, normal Lamination process for reference, temperature (130A C-150A C), pressure (12Mpa), duration (15min for hot pressure, 15min for cold pressure), take out for punching.Process can be adjusted according to your machine and core sheets.
