We are glad to inform you that if you require hot air during the process, heaters must be efficient to transfer more heat from Steam or Thermic oil. High temperature air gives more production, require less time for process, gives good quality to your product. Heaters are not working properly if :

(1) Clogged inside the Headers & Tubes.
(2) Finns clogged by Fumes & Dust.
(3) Finns are destroyed by corrosion.
(4) Finns are not tight fitted on tubes.
(5) Tubes & Headers are leakage.
(6) Inside partitions are not proper.
(7) Wrong Inlet & Outlet size & direction.
(8) Air passes directly without passing through Tubes & Finns.
(9) Less heat transfer area.
(10) Any other reason apart from above reasons.

Due to above reason Air Temp. is not available up to required temperature.
It takes more time for product to dry, consume more steam or thermic oil,
consume more electric power, gives less production & poor product quality.
