Second Order Transfer Element

We are manufacturing, exporting and supplying Second Order Transfer Elements from Ambala Cantt, Haryana, India. This module must allow the analysis of the behavior of an element with proportional transfer function able to oscillate, with a delay of the second order, both in the time domain and in the frequency domain.
