Seed Treater By Hebei Ruixue Grain Selecting Machinery

We are offering our customers a wide range of Seed Treater. The seeds are fed into the mixing box by the elevator and evenly spread by grain scattering gear. Medicament (coating agent) are delivered to the mixing box by rotary quantitative feeding gear. Medicament is atomized uniformly be air compressor and effectively attached to the seed surface, meanwhile forming a primary coated body. The primary coated body go into the blender and is mixed round and coated by lengthened stainless steel rotary drum, coated seeds are finally exit from the outlet.
This Seed Treater has many advantages, low seed damage rate, safe and reliable performance, good airtightness. The electrical controlling system has dual protection prevent overload and the excessively hot, and it has advanced performance.
The coating agent heating tank is available for the cold environment, prevent condensation of liquid medicament.
