Self Culture Medium (Ds-yeast)

We are offering our customers a wide range of Self Culture Medium (Ds-Yeast). Ingredients :-
A. Medium a : fertilizer ingredient (powder type)
A. Medium a : growth promoting ingredient (liquid type)
A. Seed: Saccharomyces cerevisiae (available upon request)

Characteristics
A. It is optimized for culturing yeast
A. Fast growth rate
A. Little contamination due to suppressing the growth of other bacteria
A. Minimizing nutrient that is destroyed at sterilization, and there is no phenomenon of cohesion.
A. It is composed to contain abundant bioactive substances after completing cultivation.
A. pH correction is not required.
A. Complete dissolution of the medium ingredients

How to Use (based on 100a cultivation)
A. Put water of 100a volume and 2.5kg of medium a into the fermenter and dissolve it well.
A. After dissolving the medium completely, sterilize or pasteurize it.
A. When the temperature of the fermenter is cooled to 30a or below after completing sterilization (pasteurization), put 100ma of medium a and seed into the fermenter.
A. Conditions of cultivation : Temperature - 30a , Agitating speed - 150rpm, Air supply volume - 20a /min
A. Cultivation time : 20~32h
