The slat cooling conveyors are designed for cooling conveyor for trimmed forging soon after the trimming press. For the assembly purpose we use qualitative material sourced fro verified source. We also customize our entire gamut of these conveyors as per the specification detailed by the customers. Following are the features of the slat cooling conveyor:

* The speed conveyor is slow with linear speed up to 5 mtr/min
* To adjust temperature at exit of conveyor VFD is used to control linear speed
* To get maximum cooling it I fitted with Tube axial fans
* To get air quenching effect it is fitted with centrifugal blower
* Butterfly damper is installed on the blower s suction side to meter air quantity
