In the specifications for Grade I light base oils, base oil SN 150 is considered a light grade base oil. Sn 150 base oil has multiple uses. Based on the SN150 base oil, several products are manufactured, such as lubricating grease, motor oil, metal processing fluids, etc. It is a Group I base oil that has been refined using solvents. Hydrogen was used to eliminate any remaining impurities in order to finish the refining process. By vacuum fractionating crude oil, selecting the coarse fractions, dewaxing with solvents, and hydro-refining, it can be produced. At different temperatures, viscosity is an important consideration. It has viscosity 5,0-5,5 CST at 100C and 28,8-33,5 CST at 40C.
