USES : Sodium carboxy methyl cellulose act as a highly effective additive for food stuff and eatable which includes sugar coating cream , icecreams, bread , cake , biscuits , instant noodles etc. Its improved processing property makes it highly used as a thickener , emulsifier , stabilizer ,glazing, bulking and a fixative agent .It finds a wide variety of application in printing ink,hair dye, detergent, paints,ceramics,textiles and drilling industry. It too acts as a suspender and viscosity agent . Its field of use also includes laxative , cosmetics and pharmaceuticals .
