GENERAL INFORMATION
LYS 6100 is a new and high efficient solid surface sizing agent for corrugated paper, cardboard and other paper surface sizing. No need to add Aluminium Sulphate in the surface sizing agent, it can be directly added in the mills and have good sizing and strength performance, ita s a zero-cost surface sizing agent
APPLICATION
LYARS 6100 can be easily form hydrophobic molecule chain with starch molecules, which can effectively improve the surface water repellent performance of corrugated paper and cardboard paper, and prevent the paper resurgence and water resistant effect. It can maintain or further improve the paper ring crush index, and have good performance on the strength. After the end of the gelatinization of the starch, add it to the starch tank, stirring until completely dissolved, filtered, then put it on the mills and perform the sizing.
SAFETY
LYARS 6100 may be stimulated to skin and eyes, it is recommended to use gloves and protective glasses when use. If come into direct contact with eye or skin, immediately rinse with plenty of water at least 15 minutes.
