Spin Finish Fibre

Chemfin Spin Finish Oil is a heat stable lubricant system lubricant designed for polypropylene continuous filament applications. This product provides a balanced degree of lubricity, cohesion and static protection. It also exhibits excellent wetting properties necessary for uniform processing of polypropylene rope.Advantages: -Excellent heat stability properties.Low, uniform fiber to- metal friction.Excellent antistatic protection.Controls interfiber cohesion.No reaction with polymer stabilizers causing discoloration.Resists degradation of polypropylene substrate.Uniform wetting properties.  Application:-1.0 3.0 % Chemfin Spin Finish should be applied from a 10-25% aqueous solution, prepared by pouring the oil into 55-65C water with agitation.To prevent bacterial growth, a bactericide* should be added to the emulsion, 1000 ppm on the total weight of the mix. In addition, storing the emulsion at 130-140F will control bacterial growth.
