Stainless Steel Separ Plast

We offer a range of Stainless Steel Separ Plast that is manufactured from superior quality stainless steel with base frame and stiffeners in mild steel. The economy model of Stainless Steel Separ Plast is manufactured entirely using mild steel with 55 cladding in the feed chamber. The 5.5 rotor forms a forced vortex in the separator and the centrifugal force carries outward the heavy particles into the junk trap. In order to slush paper chips and remove the entire non-fibrous material that goes out as light reject, we have designed the rotor screen that perform these functions. The material is further treated in secondary separator or Johnson Screen. The approved stock is passed through the screen, fitted behind the rotor.
