Steel Wire Extractor

We are offering our customers a wide range of Steel Wire Extractor. Tyre grinding and powdering is the most difficult task in the rubber recycling process. There are three steps. First the whole tyre to be de-beaded, second the beading to be removed and third big tyre to be made into pieces. The tyre pieces and car tyres after removing the beading can shred into small pieces like tyre buffing dust. The shredded material can further feed into the cracker mill & then into grinder mill for fine powder mesh.
The powdered material needs to get in even mesh size and for which a sieving machine is required. The sieving machine can sieve the powder into 20 meshes, 30 mesh, 40 mesh as per requirement.
