Our Strip Foil (Plain and Printed) for pharmaceutical packaging is developed from fully soft (0 temper) aluminum of alloy grade AA-8011,
which adheres to the standards set by Aluminum Association, USA. Detailed below are some of the noteworthy technical specifications of this product:

0.025 +/- 0.0020 mm (Foil gsm = 67.75 +/- 5.42)
0.030 +/- 0.0024 mm (Foil gsm = 81.30 +/- 6.50)

Test procedure: by weighment with 10 cm x 10 cm sample

Colorless polyethylene coating for sealing purpose, conforming to the applicable Government Regulations regarding direct contact with medicines and drugs

Printing & Lacquer Coating:

Winding Direction: printed or clear lacquer side is out in the finished reel unless otherwise specified in purchase order
