Structural Coatings We have a well-equipped team of spray painters who pay great attention to get a 2 - 3 specification sand blasting or water jet blasting and chemical cleaning the entire rust to ensure that there is perfectly prepared surface for metal or concrete. This is followed by a Zinc rich or highly anchoring epoxy or polyurethane primers. This is further coated by a MIO based or PU intermediate coat which is high built to a thickness. This is topped by a UV resistant, chemical resistant, Corrosion resistant Polyurethane or epoxy top coat. Our Anticorrosive coatings have proved to last for over 10 years in some of the harshest climatic conditions.
