Features SJ101 Submerged Arc Welding Flux :

Fluorine based agglomerated flux with high basicity,but low S and P. Gry granule .Easy slag removal.Excellent mechanical properties.Smooth weld pass. Widely used for API grade X60,X65 pipeline construction and steel structure building.As a result of low doffusible Hydrogen content (a 50ml/100g) and low Oxygen levels in deposited metal ,steady mechanical properties with high toughness and high cracking resistance at low temperature are achieved .

Attention SJ101 Submerged Arc Welding Flux :
1.Damp flux should be dried at 300-350a for 2 hours.
