Super-slip Masterbatch

These Super-Slip Masterbatch has been widely used for Packaging materials, daily necessities fields because of it's excellent performance. But due to TPU resin is very sticky, demolding difficulties always happened during processing and the film easily bonding together after winding, not convenient for customer to use.
After long time R&D, we launched our new product LYPA-106 which is specially developed for TPU film. With LYPA-106, not only adhesion problem solved effectively, but good surface smoothness and dry touch feel can be expected too. Meanwhile, this product is nontoxic, completely in line with ROHS directions.

Recommend dosage : 5%-7%

Usage
Mix LYPA-106 and TPU resin at a proper proportion , blow molding or extrusion molding after drying . ( Best dosage should be determined by experiment )

Transport and Storage
Non- dangerous goods, Plastic-paper bag, 25kg /bag. Moisture and excessive exposure should be avoid during transportation. 12 months shelf life for full package.
