Following are the Main Functions of Thermal Barrier Rolling Machine GYJ-01 :
1. Special equipment manufactured for thermal barrier aluminum profile. Crimping of aluminum profiles for thermal break at the dedicated section to obtain a thermal break profile uses 6 pairsa rolling-discs. It is used to press and fasten the profile with thermal barrier strips.
2. Adopts three sets of roller to roll the combination of strip and aluminum profile tightly.
1st unit: guiding and pre-crimping
2nd unit: main crimping force applied
3rd unit: crimping and correction (horizontally and vertically)
Features:
1. Six synchronous driven discs, stepless speed regulation through the frequency converter.
2. Values of pressure and vertical height of three sets (six pairs or 12 pieces) rolling-discs are showed clearly.
3. Units 1 and 2 adjustable for horizontal width.
4. Units 3 fully adjustable-horizontal, vertical and width (for straightness correction of assembled section)
5. 4 lower "Vulkollan"-surfaced horizontal rollers, height - adjustable (I 85, L = 120 [mm])
6. 4 upper "Vulkollan"-surfaced horizontal rollers, electric height adjustment, (I 85, L = 120 [mm])
7. The whole height of all three sets (six pairs or 12 pieces) rolling-discs can be adjusted by electricity that depends on the aluminum profiles.
