Introduction

Injection molded ferrite magnets, also known as plastic ferrite magnets, are made from the mixture of ferrite magnetic powder and thermoplastic or thermosetting plastics, such as PA 6, PA 12, or PPS, via a process of injection molding. The thermostability of this type of magnets is affected by its plastic binder. With the PPS, the maximum operating temperature is at 200A C.
