Following are the Main Features of Tool Steel SW718 :-
*The central hardness and the surface hardness are homogenous and identical;
*Textural change arising from heat treatment is relatively single and metallographic structure is more exquisite and homogenous;
*Materials come from large-forging-ratio production and the central texture of materials is compact;
*Difference between surface and central toughness of materials is extremely small;
*Die processing cycle shortens and the cost lowers.
Product Applications:
*Dies of household appliances and plastic office products such as outer casings of TV, cylinder of a washing machine and duplicating machines;
*Plastic dies of auto interior trimming parts such as bumpers , instrument panels, interior door planks and car lights.
