Tubular Corrugation Heater

Heating Element :
Sheathed in Nickel Chrome Steel Tube of 11mm dia. manufactured with high precision Imported machines. Magnesium Oxide powder is highly compacted using swagging machines. The resistance wire used is high quality 80/20 Nichrome / DSD ensuring superior quality and long life.

Flange :
Mild steel plate of 10mm thickness painted with heat resistant paint to avoid the corrosion. It is also provided with suitable mounting holes for easy installation.

Centre Supporting Rod :
Heavy gauge stainless steel pipe of 1" dia is provided in centre to avoid rusting and sagging of the heater assembly.

Baffle Plate :
Adequate nos. of mild steel baffle plates of 5mm thk X 72mm
dia are provided at uniform distance for support of heating elements to avoid sagging of heater.

Terminal Box :
SS/MS stoving enamel painted terminal cover with suitable provision for cable entry is provided for safety and protection of electrial connection terminals.
