6150 is a surfactant organic anti-UV finishing agent for textile.

Key Feature:
High absorbency, transition, reflection and scattering properties for ultraviolet between 280-400 nm

Benefits:

Applications:
6150 is suitable for polyester and its blends, such as outdoor clothing, automobile textile, etc. 6150 should be dissolved in hot water with the temperature above 70 A C. It will not be stable for long-term keeping after dissolving. It should be used immediately.
When applied in auto-feeding system, 6150 can be added immediately into the
machine, without dilution. And the passed pipeline should be washed with hot water (above 70 A C).

Operating and Safety Instructions
1. Suitble for dyeing in one-bath. If applied in padding process, lower the temperature and shorten the setting time. Otherwise It will affect fabric color fastness and color shade. Suggest making primary tests before using.
2. Dissolve 6150 in hot water with the temperature above 70 A C. After dilution, it
should not be stored for a long time.
3. Check Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use.
Shelf life: 6 months under 0 - 40 A C and hermetic condition without exposure to sunlight
