First check the vacuum setting slowly increase the intensity. 20 to 40 minutes is allowed for body application 5 to 12 minutes for facial application Avoid excessive oil as this will make the cup difficult to control. Always release the vacuum before removing the cup from the skin to avoid skin damage. Return the vacuum intensity to zero and switch off the machine.Avoid on lotion skin, broken veins, senile skin, hypersensitive skin, kidneys, breast area, varicose veins, around the delicate eye tissue. Less suction is required over the neck and bony areas of the face because of less subcutaneous tissues.After treatment remove oil from the cups and plastic tubes with warm water and detergent the cup should be throughly rinsed, dried and sanitised in an ultraviolet sterilising cabinet.
