RMCL offers an extensive range of high barrier PA/EVOH-based 5 layer co-extruded barrier vacuum packing, gas flush and MAP Pouches which are the ideal way to pack, store and display cashews. These pouches are available in various sizes, have great strength and high clarity, and provide additional protection against oxygen & moisture. Available in various barrier levels like high, medium and low they keep the cashews crispy fresh and the aroma intact without preservatives and give them an extended shelf life. The vacuum pouch and bags also have extremely high gas and moisture barrier properties and possess very good hot tack, seal properties, transparency and excellent resistance to puncture and tearing. Suitable for automatic machine handling the vacuum pouches do not curl and offer excellent mechanical properties at low thickness for great cost efficiency. Vacuum pouches and bags are also receptive to high quality printing and therefore make for good brand building too.
