Vata
tea is a blend of Ayurvedic herbs specially formulated for people having
a Vata constitution, or 'prakrati'. Vata is responsible for movements
that occur within the body and also for normal function of the nervous
system. This tea minimizes the chances of vata related disorders like
constipation, anxiety, restlessness of mind, erratic digestion, joint
pains and stiffness in muscles. People with the dominance of Vata are
generally considered hyper active with erratic functions of various
systems in the body. Imbalance of vata causes 80 types of diseases in
the body according to Ayurveda. Vata tea balances such all disorders.

Dosage:


To be
taken twice a day in the morning and evening.

Direction for use:


Take
one teaspoon of tea and mix it with 200 ml or one cup of water. Boil
until the quantity reduces to less than half. Strain it and pour into a
cup and drink it lukewarm. A teaspoon of honey or little warm milk may
be added according to your taste, if desired.
