With our purpose to match the expectation our customers, we are involved in production and supplying a vast range of Vibro Table. It is capable of operating with power consumption of 6 HP ( 1.5 HP X 2 Tables). First flowing concrete is poured into the moulds that is made of rubber and compacted in vibro-forming tables which weigh around 650 kgs. The tiles are kept in a controlled atmosphere for 24 hours over flat plate and 3 days for more strength. These moulds can be used for 300 times after washing and the slump face concrete mix is mixed in a separate tile mixer. Adding to that, the base grey concrete mix can be easily mixed with different tile mixer or drum type concrete mixer.
