(ROHS complies) Recommended use This product is intended for use directly on wood before sealer application or as a colorant to get transparent colour with PU ,TSA, Epoxy clears. Due to excellent compatibility with all Tansy Treat Systems it also enhances flow & leveling , gloss and performance of coloured transparent coating. Typical Properties Property Value Specific Gravity 0.88+0.02 % Solids 5- 10 % % intake 1-15(or as per requirements) Surface Preparation The surface should be clean, dry and free from oil, grease, dirt,& other foreign contamination. The surface should be assessed and treated in accordance with ISO 8504. For coating direct on metals, ultra sonic cleaning is recommended. Clean the surface thoroughly with suitable cleaner to remove oil, grease, and dirt Application Instructions For 2k system: Apply directly or after diluting the stainer to achieve desired shade on wood. In case the clear lacquer is to be tinted ,take measured volume of clear lacquer (Part-A) in clean container and add Stainer solution under stirring condition and mix well until uniform solution is achieved . Then add Part B in recommended ratio with Part A. Exclude the volume of Stainer solution added. Dilute above solution with Compatible Thinner. Set application viscosity 18-22sec. Filter with suitable nylon filter cloth Ensure the surface is free from foreign contaminations. Set air pressure at 40-50 psi Spray to obtain a DFT of 30-35 microns Air dry / force dry in dust free zone. For 1-K system: Take measured volume of Clear lacquer in clean container and add Stainer solution under stirring condition and mix well until uniform solution is achieved. Dilute above solution with Compatible Thinner. Set application viscosity 18-22sec. Filter with suitable nylon filter cloth Ensure the surface is free from foreign contaminations. Set air pressure at 40-50 psi Spray to obtain a DFT of 30-35 microns Air dry / force dry in dust free zone.
