Put the fish into the entrance of the conveyor belt, the fish will be transferred into the knife automatically .The knife can be adjusted to open the fish belly to get butterfly shape or cut the fish body into half. The fish can be used in this machine in the semi-thawed state, which ensures the freshness of the fish body.
You can adjust the blade spacing according to different fish. One machine can process different kinds of fish.
