So, whenever you buy a bamboo sheet, or any cotton textile, you will see the it feels stiff and starchy. During the manufacturing and packaging process, the bamboo sheets are starched to ensure transportation is easy. Hence, everytime you buy a new bamboo sheet, and touch it with wet hands, you will feel its slightly soapy. Soak the sheet in a tub of normal water for 24 hours. After that, wash it well. Let the water drip off and dry it in shade. The sheet will be soft as cotton when dry.
