Molded pulp tray uses vacuum forming and tray-designed molds, for e.g., egg trays. Fibrous slurry of recycled newspaper and water is sprayed from below onto the mold and vacuum technology tightens the slurry against the mold, filling all gaps to form a molded pulp tray.
