Make a dough with a medium consistency.Oil it with 1-2 tablespoons, cover it, and let it sit for 30 minutes and use it to form 15 balls.Use some dry flour to roll and maintain the sides of these balls. Take one flat roti and brush it with oil and cover it.Place the second flat roti onto it and then try to drizzle some oil on it.Repeat with 5 roties. Avoid putting oil on the surface of the roti.Repeat Step 5 with the remaining rotis. 5 layers each, in a stack. You'll receive three sets.Roll one set now without exerting too much pressure. Roll it easily.Warm up a flat pan or tawa just somewhat hot and place the rolled flatbread on top of it.Do your best to quickly flip it in roughly ten seconds or less. Cook it for the same 10 seconds on the opposite side.Remove it out of the pan and place it on a fresh piece of cloth. The layers should be carefully separated.  Your layers will look great if you apply the oil uniformly and rolled it out smoothly. Place the cooked rotis on a board at this time.Cut the sides and fold them in half. Straighten the edges. For the spring roll sheets, continue as is. You may also chop it in half.
