Q. What is the difference between direct acting valve and pilot-operated valve?
Answer
Direct acting valve works very quickly to connect or disconnect to its main valve as it is directly linked to it& doesn’t require minimum pressure, whereas pilot-operated valve requires differential pressure to open and close.
