If you have any indications of appendicitis, do not use this medication (such as stomach or lower abdominal pain, cramping, bloating, soreness, nausea, or vomiting). This medication should not be used with a lot of milk or milk derivatives. It's possible that doing so will enhance the risk of negative effects. Unless your doctor instructs you otherwise, antacids should only be used as needed.
