Available with us is an array of Tin Copper Wire, which is manufactured in varied dimensions. This range of tin wire is used in cables, industrial machines, heaters, and high temperature instruments. The range is coated with high quality tin by the series of process. Electrolytic Copper Wire cut into the required size through various machinery. The material is then annealed and then tin coating is done by two process:

a cElectrolytic Process: This is a process in which the material passes through chemical tank and with the help of electric current on the tin slab the tin coating on the copper wire is done which comes evenly onto the material as required.
a cHot Dip Process:- In this process the tin slab is melted into an electric pot and the material is being made passed through it which results in tin coating on it.
