Salient Features Of Water Tube Boilers :-
1) H.P. Boilers upto 120 TPH at pressure upto 65 Kg / cm2 & Super Heated Temperature upto 500oC (Also with membrane Wall).
2) H.P. Steam Boilers on coal, husk, bagasse & bio-gas for co-convention with back pressure steam for process.
3) Height of Boiler, steam drum, furnace volume, water wall & convention zone bank tubes ensure efficient circulation & high efficiency.
4) Design of Furnace volume & arrangement of water wall tubes gives more heating surface in radiant zone to achieve maximum heat & complete combustion also avoid carry-over blockage in S.H. Zone.
5) Variety of fuels & their combustion can be used. (example: Bio-gas & Bagasse also Wood, Coal, Rice-husk etc., can be effectively burnt individually & in combination) keeping the steam raising cost very low.
6) Fuel burns in suspension resulting in complete combustion.
7) Arrangement for quick removal of ash without stopping the boiler provided so that the rate of the evaporation or working pressure do not stop.
