* Dead Spot Free melt flow path to avoid material degradation, AA content and to reduce drop in intrinsic Viscosity (I V).
* Melt flow path assisted with flow diverters having generous radius at turns, duly polished to smoothen the melt flow, reduces injection pressure.
* Nozzles equipped with better heat Insulators.
* Pneumatically Operated Valve Gate System for Positive Shut-Off of each Nozzle Gate.
* Friction free "Cam & Roller" design for sound preform ejection system.
* Improved frictionless Stripper plate & Neck Split assembly, maintenance free design.
* Punch Insert, Neck Insert's further hardening up to 45 to 48 HRC offered. (Optional)
