220 - 440 V Automatic Rubber Pyrolysis Plant

Pyrolysis Plant :-
1. It is a thermal degradation process carried out in the absence of air. It is batch process
producing fuel oil in purpose of industrial furnaces. It processed with scrap tyres & rubbers.
2. Manufacturing process: - The waste scrap tyre are fed into the reactor manually initially heating
of the reactor should be done by liquid fuel or wood. The fire gas should burn through a chimney of at
least 30 metres height. After initial heating the pyro gas generated within the plant which used as a fuel.
3. Adequate instrument of measurement of temperature and pressure is provided. Automatic
control system (PLC) is adopted. After complete processed then it would up to 400-500A C temperature.
Then it opened the reactor then remove black carbon and scrap wire.
