The LAI series of Reel to Card Laminators are completely automated systems that laminate single to multiple materials (membrane, conjugate/sample / absorbent pads, and cover tape in roll form) onto an automatically fed plastic backing in roll form. For precision lamination, the alignment fixtures precisely guide and position each material one by one. The plastic backing is then sliced into preset card lengths with all laminated components to generate finished master cards, which are then stacked into a tray to complete the process. For maximum production efficiency, the entire process is carried out in a nonstop continuous mode from start to finish. The system ensures optimal quality control by requiring virtually no assembly workers and their mishandling of materials.
