It was started by Mr.T.K.Choudhury, a man with outstanding knowledge of the field of Water and Effluent Treatment and supported by practical knowledge from his past associated company, Bird & Company Limited. In 1995, this company was turned into a Private Limited Company with Mr. T. K. Choudhury as the Managing Director, and the organization grew under his leadership and the vitality of his qualified son, Mr. S. Choudhury.
